Pros: location and size. 4 bedrooms up, and a sunroom down that has a pullout couch. right on the beach. Cons: Terrible communication, not well stocked, no check in instructions. Dated and dark. It's part of the Waves hotel so probably way cheaper just to book through them. No door mat or outdoor faucet to wash the sand off.

We stayed here slightly preseason so a lot of the local attractions were closed but the house is perfect for quiet family time. You'll need to bring some kitchen things like salt, oil etc but otherwise very well equipped with essentials and equipment. The house and staff are wonderful, we appreciated all the thoughtfulness very much.
