Great location with an awesome view of the beach as a backyard with private area. Had everything we needed. The house keeper also helped address issues quickly. Only downside was that there were some ant issues that couldn’t be resolved during our stay.

The house feels secluded from the busy moalboal area. The water out front is nice. There are sea urchins as others have stated, but again as others have stated if you go left from the gate there's a concrete pathway that goes pretty far into the water so they can be avoided. There is also a reef nearby where we saw fish and turtles. It was a cozy stay where we felt secluded. Some have complained about noise but for us it was very quiet, just the sound of the waves.

The stay at Ram's place was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. The surroundings were beautiful, offering plenty of opportunities for trips and fantastic snorkeling. Special thanks to the accommodation manager, Lisa, for her willingness, friendliness, and valuable advices. We were very satisfied and would definitely return.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to things and so nice being right on the beach. He caretaker Lisa was so helpful, she was able to put us in contact with her cousin nick who help us book motorbikes and excursions. Her sister Easter cooked us some amazing dinners for a fee, well worth it. We wanted to stay longer but it was already booked. I would definitely stay here again.

We was four days there. There is a special atmosphere on the house and the location is superb and many space and a well well equipped kitchen is avaiable. But our problem was the many barking of 3 dogs of the direct nighbore. Also sometimes in the night. A dog is only 15 meters away of the sleeping room. Also it was a big contrast between the unmaintened garden and the house
