Great location, property, and host. Mike is an amazing host, provided a ton of useful information about the Hot Springs Village community. Entry into the Village East gate and property was a breeze. The pictures and listing on Airbnb are very accurate. This property has more than enough room for our four-night stay and family of four. Our boys enjoyed the private peninsula and spent a fair amount of the vacation fishing from the peninsula. Although it was a little too cold to catch anything. My wife and I loved the well-equipped kitchen, family room, large bedrooms and amazing lake views from every window in the home. If you are looking to get away from the daily grind and have a relaxing family vacation at a fantastic property with an excellent host, this is the place.

Mike hosted 3 of us in his home for 11 nights during an annual fall conference Sep/Oct 2023. stunning water views out back AND front. luxury everywhere. meticulous maintenance (my favorite). timeless style. plush and comfortable interior. thoughtful touches of home life. "feels like we belong here" and “this was the right choice” comments after day 2. Mike is a genuinely giving host. proactive. attentive. responsive. simple instructions. I had fun watching grandma and mom learn the light controls throughout the house. fun exploring local shops. restaurants. I appreciated the property maintenance. good maintenance keep homes healthy and operating. Mike's a pro. we recommend experiencing his home in HSV.

This is an extremelywell kept house and property. The listing is very accurate. We really enjoyed our stay, for a golfing/lake vacation over the 4th. It is very close to the East Gate or back gate in the village. We are familiar with the area and just absolutely loved everything about our stay. Mike is an amazing host, and is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property and this host.

Had a fabulous stay! Property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Large home with fine furnishings, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the wonderful lake views from inside as well as outside on the the patio. The private peninsula puts this rental in a class by itself. Mike is quick to respond and very helpful if you need information on the area. If you are looking for a WOW rental… this is it.

This is a MUST STAY! It’s right on the lake and Mike is an awesome host! Our family had a wonderful time the duration of our stay!
