Best part is how large it is, but it is not stocked with amenities you would typically see at a home of this caliber and price. No shampoo, conditioner, blow drier etc. so bring your own or you will have to drive quit a ways away to get to them. We also had to buy all the things to cook with. Oil, salt, sugar, etc. Make sure you are back at the gate closest to the home BEFORE 10pm. We got to the gate at 9:58pm (we had NO idea this gate closed at 10pm) and the gate woman REFUSED us even thought we had 2 minutes until 10pm. We had to drive 45 mins all the way around to the other gate and back to the house. Utterly ridiculous, and strange we were never informed our gate was strictly closed before 10pm. That was a huge disappointment so FYI Resort pool is closed on Sundays which was disappointing because we planned to all swim that day, and no one ever returned our calls to rent kayaks. Otherwise the home was very large and we all enjoyed our visit to Hot Springs
