Fantastic house with plenty of room, a wonderful deck, ample nature, and very comfortable amenities. Getting into and out of hot springs village can be a hassle with gates and going different directions for 45 minutes to drive into HS, and though there are a few restaurants nearby… expect to make a deer-studded drive into Hot Springs if you want to go to a nice restaurant. Also expect to get totally lost, even with GPS and Google maps. It’s a gated community, so all that is kind of standard, but HSV is literally the largest gated community in the US so all the hassles of gated community for guests are amplified. However, if you’re looking to golf with a few friends for a weekend (maybe even with family) this place would be awesome. So close to so many amenities: tennis and pickle ball courts, pool, trails, marina, beaches, etc. especially golf courses, though. If you’re looking to have a Golf Week, this is your place. The house itself is great. Very comfortable. Zero complaints. Great water pressure!

The house was big we had plenty of space for the price. Bedding is outdated makes you feel like you're in the 80s or 90s rest of the furniture was really nice. Maybe put a bigger TV in the master bedroom was hard to watch TV in bed. Carpets throughout the house were pretty gross multiple stains everywhere. Pool table needs to be refelted there's spills all over it. Overall it was a good house clean minus carpets and pool table but understandable in a rental. Maybe have carpets steam cleaned to remove stains or just replace.
