Welcome to this peaceful scenery, totally relaxed setting.Bring your family/friends.kids and events. can catch craw fishes&tiny fishes in the creek.Make sure wears shoes outside at all times.Fully fenced for dogs.Watch beautiful sunrise and sunset. hammocks, sunroom to watch the most clear moon & billions of starts. guests have gate card to access to biggest private resort lakes and golf. Hotsprings bathrows,national Park, Magic springs waterpark.Oaklawn horse racing and casino just minutes away Totally redone modern luxury farmhouse in acreage by creekside. All new beds, matress and furniture. secluded, quiet, and peaceful. No neighbors within 1acre distance that's mean you have your own privacy. very relax and secluded settings. You can hold large groups, like the picture people even host a wedding on the property. Bring your family and friends plenty of rooms! bring your dogs to play in the big yard, or your kids can play in the creek to cath craw fishes and small fishes. Make sure wear your shoes when you go outside of the house and creek. Drive around 8 minutes to go to the clean private gated resort balboa beach and swim for free. Or rent a boat. If you want to play golf, you need to pay extra fees to the resort. get in with a gate card to hot springs village private resorts, the water can float you up if you don't move it’s a lot of fun! watch most beautiful sunsets while you are swimming. Relax in the hammock and sunbathing in the sunroom to watch millions of stars and clear moon.

Annie’s place was amazing! The location and surroundings were gorgeous. The home itself was beautiful and exactly as described. There were plenty of supplies, amenities, and equipment for cooking, laundry, and anything else we needed. We especially appreciated the fresh eggs from the amazing chickens!! We felt right at home. Jeff and Annie were available and helpful throughout our stay. We feel like they are old friends!

The home was beautiful and the property was spectacular. Kids loved the creek and feeding the chickens. It was pet friendly and the property was serene. Hostess was exceptional and communication was immediate. Highly recommend this location as a home away from home.

Annie is a great host. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She got us farm fresh eggs and melons. I just cannot say enough about her hospitality. She even brought bug spray for adults and kids!!! House is in great location. Secluded but not too far from city. Clean, well stocked, beautiful, cozy and surrounded by woods. Kids loved the outdoor swing and hammock.

OMG!! Getting to Hot springs from Memphis wasn’t a bad trip at all, getting the house coming from a big city was different lol, we have never been that deep in a wooded area. We arrived at midnight, it was pouring rain and quite creepy at night but it made it all the more fun. We made it to the house and was TOTALLY blown away by how beautiful it is. Very clean and I know I have OCD. She had it all on this house, even food and condiments. It’s pet friendly and security cameras alerts when some one or thing is close to the house. She has games and huge speaker with mic for Karaoke, I mean this is all inside. The outside….You can grill gas or charcoal, neighbors are acres away so you can as loud as you want. The beds were comfy, every room was clean and stocked with bath and body as well as whatever else you may have forgotten. TRUST me on this one. Whatever she’s charging just PAY IT and take your family. My city kids did NOT want to leave. Thanx ANNIE 🩷
