On the lower-level living space, you will find a kitchenette, two more bedrooms, and the third bathroom. In the family room, there is a super fun game area including a wall-mounted connect Four and Tic-Tac-Toe board, a Foosball table, and a Poker table. Kayaks (with life jackets) and Lilly Pad anchored in the water are available for you to use during the summer months. My husband and I stay at our home periodically as we are in love with our little piece of Arkansas paradise. Therefore, due to my allergies, smoking is not allowed in the property and no pets are allowed on the premises. We appreciate your understanding with these house rules.
