Fiona was very friendly and made check-in smooth and easy. The location was beautiful and quiet. Cleanliness could have been better, we needed to clean out the baths before use. There also could have been more seating to cater for all our guests.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The house was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler, plenty of space and very well-equipped. Fiona made sure we had everything we needed for ourselves and for the little one, including a travel cot and baby gate. The garden is beautiful and we managed to enjoy it despite the early March weather. You can walk straight from the house either on the Wolds way or down to the village. Recommend the brownies from the local bakery, forty six restaurant in Malton for dinner and the North Yorkshire water park escape/puzzle room for a rainy day.

Fiona’s place was fantastic, and absolutely perfect home for a few nights away. The kitchen was so well equipped, the house super spacious, and there was ample storage / space for adults and kids to enjoy the house. The location is beautiful, and such a relaxing setting. Fiona was super communicative prior to check in, and everything was so thoughtful, including leaving a lovely welcome gift and essentials such as milk for our approval. The open-plan kitchen/diner/living zone was absolutely perfect for the whole family being together, and we loved every part of the house. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!
