What a lovely apartment in a great location! My family stayed here for a week and we loved the incredible views of the sunrise over Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat every morning from the private balcony terrace. The interior is modern and well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. The location is ideal for driving to Nice (10 minutes) or exploring the local port area on foot. Anna and Pablo left detailed instructions on the key location so we could let ourselves in easily. All together a place we would recommend and would love to return to.

We had an incredible time staying in the apartment. The views are amazing and location is fantastic. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location with fantastic views of the bay.

Que dire de l'appartement si ce n'est qu'elle est vraiment magnifique, mais alors vraiment nickel, le mobilier est neuf et d'excellente qualité, les lits sont très confortables, le canapé en cuir aussi. De plus les chambres ainsi que le salon étaient climatisé. l'appartement était vraiment très propre, proposant une vue sur la mer mais alors magnifique de chez magnifique. Bravo Jordan

Excellent place, looks exactly like the photos, including the gorgeous view. Very comfortable beds. Says 2 queen beds but they are big queens with good mattresses. The AC is very cold so easy to regulate temp in summer. All of the glasses & plates you need are there. There are 2 areas to shower but one toilet (which was totally fine) but I guess I thought there were 2. Anyway it was no issue and bathrooms are well appointed. Overall really perfect, excellent value for money , great walkable location.
