The Zen Den was perfect for our week-end get-away to Idyllwild. It was very comfortable and cozy. The decor was very nice, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into it. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. Marisa's pre-arrival instructions were helpful, and she continued to reach out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay at the Zen Den again and hopefully for longer!

The Zen Den is an amazing place to stay! It was very quiet and peaceful with all the amenities I needed for a completely comfortable stay. The yoga/meditation loft is a very unique space with a beautiful window looking out over the trees. The whole property is beautifully nestled in the trees with various outdoor seating areas to take it all in. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. The walk to town is about 20 minutes or so, most streets have a small walking path on the shoulder unless there is snow. There are a few busy streets where it pays to be mindful of the traffic. Marisa was very responsive and everything was completely set up for my arrival, including Black Mountain coffee ready to be made in the French press. I'm looking forward to my next visit and hopefully a longer stay!

Marisa has an obvious attention to detail both in the design of the space and in her communications. Both were excellent. The place is super cute. This was among the best I’ve stayed at over the many years I’ve been on Airbnb. Only three things were less than perfect: 1) bring your own speakers if you want to listen to music cause there’s no tv or stereo there and 2) the shower head makes a very loud high pitched squeal, so use the bath or take quick showers and 3) bring extra sugar and creamer for your coffee

My daughter and I loved your place. Even though it was a short stay, it was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy. My daughters favorite part was the record player and the games.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Zen Den. It was the perfect place for my much needed solo trip. It was super cozy and equipped with everything I needed. I loved the meditation space and used it daily. One of my favorite parts was that it was pet friendly, so I was able to bring my furry buddy with me. Marisa was super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I appreciated all her recommendations as well as the special touches she adds to the place to make it feel super relaxing and spa-like. One thing to know in advance - if you're going in the colder seasons, the bedrooms don't get as warm as the common area, so definitely bring warm jammies! It was truly the loveliest getaway, and I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay! Sadly it wasn't available for that, but am eager to go back as soon as possible!
