在美妙的自然环境中的海滨别墅。在珊瑚礁前面的半隐蔽海湾中。我们就在海滩上，正对着珊瑚卷轴（非常适合浮潜），在莱亚最美丽的地区之一，有一个56米宽的私人海滨。房源非常宽敞（ 1公顷），有3栋独立的私人建筑，其中一栋由业主和他的家人使用，另外两栋建筑可供爱彼迎租赁。建筑物彼此分开，以提供隐私，但花园、游泳池和海滨是共用的。不过请放心……非常宽敞:)。我们在海滩上、泳池附近、花园或悬崖顶上至少有3-4个独立的休息室区域。我们重视大自然和隐私，并致力于在海边的热带花园环境中创造一个环境（与现在在莱亚地区的许多商业度假村不同，许多商业度假村都是混凝土的，而且经常很拥挤，缺乏自然的户外空间）。海滨别墅本身有4间卧室，距离海滩约20-30米远，可提供更好的景观和隐私。所有房间均为现代化房间，包括分体式空调，设计精美，屋顶露台上设有厨房、宽敞的用餐区和私人休息区（景观非常好，凉爽的微风）。此外，还有一个户外按摩浴缸泳池和一个由天然石材制成的跳水泳池（最近刚刚添加）。我们还提供水上运动设施。您可以使用皮划艇欣赏周围的海滩，或使用立式桨板，我们还可以安排帆船，包括在私人游艇上。该房源实际上足够大，您还可以徒步旅行，包括悬崖上的美景，可欣赏整个海岸的全景。

Check in was easy. The caretakers, Helen and Onyok were responsive and accommodating. Be ready for a bit of hike going to the white house. They will assist in bringing all the stuff to the house. Overall, great and relaxing stay.

The couple is very nice and responsive. The kids really loved the place and it was impossible to get them out! Our 6yr olds even got to snorkel and saw fish and corals underwater (I advise to bring those modern snorkel gears). The neighboring resto serves THE BEST LIEMPO (and incredible grilled porkchop and ensalada). The only challenge are the multilevel steps for the seniors (and maybe with toddlers, you should really be extra cautious) but my inlaws were assuaged by, again, the best liempo, and the very helpful caretaker Onyok, who does the heavylifting for all your needs at an instant--marketing, ice, beer, extra towels etc.

Cons: Flight of stairs to get to the listing and to the beach. Not for physically challenged or senior citizens. Weak water pressure in some rooms. Surroundings not so private. Surrounded by resorts. Rocky beach. Pros: helpful & responsive host & caretaker. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning , appliances all in working condition. Appreciate that the towels & linens were fresh smelling.
