Love this place! Our group of 20 had a great stay! It's nice and spacious and is close to the beach. We also liked the kitchen and the huge space for parking and grilling. Cruzer and Lito were very helpful!

Cruzer was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and the karaoke was a plus. The house was clean and big enough for our group. Kuya Lito, the caretaker, was also responsive and accomodating. He showed us the other side of the beach, since the nearest part of the beach to the house was a bit rocky. And I think from 2pm til 9am it is lowtide, so you have to walk a bit farther if you want to swim in the beach. We stayed most of our time in the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. There are only a few set backs in the house, like the AC in the second room upstairs was dripping, but was manageable. At midnight, we had no water going up to the second floor so we have to go to the ground floor if we need to go to the bathroom. Plus the door in the main room upstairs has no lock, like we can’t lock it from the inside. Last is, it would be great if the lights in the living room would be brighter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we love the place :) Hopefully we can go back :)

The house is big, spacious living room, kitchen and the 3 bedrooms with toilet and bath each. The ground floor also has CR only. It is also clean. We enjoyed the house with air-conditioned ground floor, but not cold coz it's big and very small electric fan is provided. Complete ammunition, except toaster. The coffee maker uses beans so we were not able to use it coz we brought ground coffee Water refill was provided, using water dispenser. The swimming pool is quite big and the water is warm. We enjoyed an afternoon swim We enjoyed the karaoke which was provided for free. Ample parking space for 4 cars. I missed the review of the beach, which is the purpose we chose Laiya for our family reunion, to be in not crowded beach area. The beach is not swimmable, too shallow, low tide always in daytime, the water floor is not sand but rocks and clay. To us, this is a downside, the purpose of choosing the place failed. Thus the low rating.

I love the place. Near the water and a quiet place to relax with friends and family. The swimming pool was a plus.

The house was very nice and very clean; it was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor patio and pool area. Ms. Cruzer was quick to respond to all my questions and the caretaker Lito was also very attentive. We had a leaky toilet and he repaired it immediately and also helped us with snorkel gear and a boat rental. Thank you for a wonderful place where our family spent quality time and made a lot of memories! The wall art that said "Together is a wonderful place to be" sums up our vacation!
