Staying at Ryan’s place was amazing! One day into our stay we rebooked for September. The house was immaculate and the view incredible. The large deck allowed us to relax and see nature. We saw bald eagles. The walk to the waterfall was easy and a great way to start and end each day. The house provided a gathering space for food, games and relaxation. The town of Northville is lovely with a wonderful farm to table restaurant. Ryan was responsive and helpful throughout my whole experience using Air BnB. I highly recommend spending time at Ryan’s place.

Ryan’s place is a great get away with unbeatable views. We had plenty of room in the bedrooms and the kitchen was spacious which worked out great for family style dinner. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked well for several couples. Ryan was very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed with 5 adults, 3 children, 2 infants and 3 medium/large dogs. We stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas and it really was a dream come true for us. It was spacious, homey and the view was incredible. It was very clean, inviting and had all the amenities and items we would have needed. Ryan tried to help us find restaurants on Christmas Eve and took the time to salt the driveway when there was snow as well. It really was such a beautiful place to spend the holiday in with all of the comforts of home. Thank you!

So much fun and plenty of room for 9 adults and a dog!! Just as advertised, super responsive and helpful host, and beautiful house. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Ryan!

This property is the perfect family retreat beautifully located along the Sacandaga River. And if hiking, kayaking and fishing aren't your thing, the property itself is peaceful and quiet with lots of room for the family to spread out. The private deck overlooks postcard-perfect scenery while still being just close enough to civilization to pick up last-minute groceries. The property has plenty of conveniences like good hot water, heating/cooling, dishwasher, etc. The main level has a bedroom and full bathroom, in addition to easy accessibility to the outside areas making it a great choice for folks who travel with others who do not navigate stairs well. Ryan is also responsive to messages, although we had no issues at all during our stay.
