We enjoyed our stay, and the house was in an excellent position as and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower room are probably in need of some updating, and the bathroom floor had some black hairs and dirt on it behind the door when we arrived. The garden furniture needs some cushions at the very least to raise the seats to a height suitable for eating at the table.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a spacious and spotlessly clean house. We would have preferred an earlier access time up front…5pm is late in the day in winter (dark) and with two youngsters . And the cost is at a premium rate. It was instrumental in determining when we left home (Cottingham) to get to the property. Also, minor issues…no tea towels, insufficient toilet rolls and no oven gloves.

What a beautiful place! We stayed here for a family getaway with 4 generations and it suited all of us. Great grandparents were able to sleep in the downstairs bedroom while adults and children stayed upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect and Paula was very helpful! We would stay here again with the family or even on a girls trip whatever the occasion this place suits all.
