The swimming pool was the jewel in this place. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The house accommodated 14 sleeping very well. Unfortunately we were unable to all eat together as the table was only big enough for 8 . Not enough seats in the sitting room and some of those weren't very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the "games room" was ok. Smaller than we imagined but we still had fun. Expensive but the pool and sauna made it. However we did all enjoy our stay

Perfect for what we needed, beautiful home for 8 of us to relax in. Living areas were great though a few more comfy chairs would be good in the lounge (especially if there were 16 guests). Bedrooms were beautiful, beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were good, nice powerful showers, few little bits could do with tending to like loose toilet seat but just picky bits really. Pool was an amazing addition and we had lots of fun - clean and very warm. The location is great, local pubs that you can walk to or just under 10min drive to Filey. There are plenty of takeaways locally and facilities to cook. Some glasses/mugs not clean, think this is a result of previous guests not washing up perfectly and this not being checked prior to next guests. The noise monitor sent a text to say we were too loud at one point, due to music/talking/singing but its a residential area so understandable (don’t presume it will only pick up on big parties which is what we thought!) Overall a wonderful stay!

Pool & sauna - 5* the pool was always lovely & warm & a good size. Sauna was fantastic. Main house - the house is really nice but needs some tlc/maintenance. Kitchen cupboard under hob was damaged & the plinth kept coming away when opening the dishwasher. Marks on walls/skirting. It just needs a freshen up. Pool table/ping pong & arcade machine were great for the kids. As the house can accommodate 16 people there isn’t enough seating in the lounge, only seats for 7 people. Annexe - again really needs some tlc. There was broken plasterboard in the upstairs bedroom toilet. Also wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. Dusty, dead bugs on the floor & something had obviously been spilt on the bedside table. The boiler is very noisy. Not much storage & nowhere to sit to do hair/make up. Position of the house is great. Close to Filey, Scarborough & Bridlington. In a nice quiet area. Local shops & pubs about 10 minute walk away. House 4* but management company 5* as they were very helpful

What a stunning, beautiful home. We booked this home for a get-together with all the family to have Christmas together, and the venue did not disappoint. Easy check-in, adequate parking and plenty of rooms to hold us all. The house was immaculate from top to bottom and well presented. Great fun for all the family, swimming pool/ sauna, table tennis and pool table, an xbox in the dining room and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. Local amenities a short walk from the venue and beaches a 20 min drive. The venue made our Christmas one of the best ever!

The property is very clean and has all the facilities as described.The beds are excellent and the kitchen facilities/utensils are all available. Swimming pool and sauna are great and unique.The place is immaculate and I will definitely book again in Summer.
