Casa Ola-a stylish luxury villa built In 2022. Located in Los Nomades Villas, beach front community on Playa Coson, award winning beach that is unspoiled and not overly populated. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach from the villa! The Property has 5 ensuite bedrms, 4 are king, 3 main level & 1 upstairs and then there is a Casita with a queen bedrm. The property is lushly landscaped with a private in-ground sparkling swimming pool w'swim platform & large outdr covered porch. @casaola.lasterrenas This two year old villa is spacious & tastefully decorated, open plan with high ceilings. There are lots of couches with comfy cushions to accommodate large groups with ease. There are 3 king bedrooms on the main, all with ensuite bathrooms, soaring ceilings & separate entrances from the outside. The Master bedroom, also with a king bed, is upstairs and has its own couch, ensuite bathroom and a window that looks down to the outside patio. The Casita, across from the pool, has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and is equipped with all appliances , gas cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water through door also a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining necessities. The home has a dedicated generator which will kick in should the power go out. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms that are charged separately on departure. If you just use these at night it will be a minimal cost. There are also lots of effective ceiling fans. The shutters have screens so stops bugs from entering if they are closed. There is a laundry room, usage of this is controlled by our wonderful house keeper, Ruht.There is a sparkling large in-ground pool which is well maintained and has 8 lounge chairs. Lots of comfortable seating outside and a large dining area. A Barbecue grill is also available for your use. Beautifully landscaped with lots of color and privacy.

My family and I stayed at Casa Ola April 22-29. The property manager Francini was there to welcome us with a big smile and gave us all the information we needed to know about Casa Ola. The greenery around the home is not only beautiful but also reaches high, making Casa Ola a secluded oasis. The interior and overall design is authentic island aesthetic. The high ceilings and fans add to the indoor/outdoor living and keep the inside airy and breezy. The entire property is extremely well maintained with modern and up to date appliances and features. The literal one minute walk to the beach cannot be beat. The beach speaks for itself, no words needed! Ruth is amazing and helped with all of our family’s needs. My family and I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone who is looking to enjoy true local life in Las Terranas with a touch of luxury.

Don’t look any further - this is your place! Casa Ola has been the perfect vacation destination. Not only is the house such a perfect place to relax and decompress, Janet and Ruth have such top notch hospitality and their five star service has made our trip unforgettable. it truly is unparalleled. The house and all of its amenities are so beautiful and comfortable and they’ve thought of every detail. The bonus is that it’s just a couple of minutes walk from the most beautiful beach!

What a wonderful villa!!!! All the bedrooms are spacious and with each having full ensuites, they are very comfortable and beautifully equipped. Kitchen and living area are perfect. The pool is well maintained, a good size and the accompanying loungers easily accommodated all. Great that Janet provided beach chairs with a wagon to make ocean access so easy. Janet, Francine ( the coordinator) and Catherine the maid were gracious and helpful in every way. This villa more than met our expectations and I am hard pressed to suggest any potential improvements. Simply outstanding. Thanks so much to Janet and her team!

Lush Tropical Vegetation is a focus of this beautiful Neighborhood of Villas on Coson Beach, listed at the top of International Living's list of the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean. The neighborhood is gated with very good security that is 24/7. The neighborhood has a noise ordinance of 11pm, so no loud music or partying after that time. The beach is down a private path less than a minute from Casa Ola. It is a beautiful serene beach, not overly populated with amazing sunsets, there are a number of hotels with restaurants & bars down the beach. The town of Las Terrenas is about a 10 minute drive from Los Nomades.
There is room at the villa for 4 cars. There is a 2 car covered car port plus 2 cars can park in front. A car is very useful to get around town but a lot of guests also rent ATV's or Motos. Paying for a driver is also available in the area.

Casa Ola is our newest home and just hit the market in Aug 2022. I am a Real Estate Agent living in Tennessee. We have a house manager, Sabine with Bea Locations. Sabine speaks English, Spanish & German. She will meet you on your arrival, show you the Villa and how to operate everything and be available before and for the duration of your trip for any concierge needs you may have.
