Brian was a wonderful host. Home is a little older bur clean, comfortable, and beds were comfortable! We were greeted with some snacks, magazines for local recommendations and tour guides, and plenty of bed linens, towels, and almost everything you need to cook a meal. Brian was super responsive and if ever in the area again, we'd love to stay here again!

The house was great, bigger than I thought. only issue is it is an old house so there were spots if the house not in the best shape. There must be a nest somewhere in the walls we had quite a few stink bugs appearing. All in all though good place.

Brian was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. My bed was comfy and I slept quite well both nights we were there. The kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook at home, there was plenty of seating, and everything worked as it should have. Great location, but 10 minutes from downtown with a Waffle House within stumbling distance, but I wouldn't walk that road after dark even though it's a short walk. Tons of fast food nearby and a Super Kroger a mile away.

Cute little cottage. Brian was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Some comments: The house had a pretty strong musty smell when we walked in. A fire pit and extra outdoor chairs would be a great addition to the yard (there were only 2, for a house that hosts 9 people)! The house was not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, among other things. Much could be done to give the home more of a cozy feel. Finally, the ‘forest trail’ was impossible to find-had to trudge through bushes to find it. Overall the cottage was a good deal, but I think there is definitely room for improvements!
