We arranged appartment 3(due to photos title, my airbnb profil etc). He gave us appartment 1, that it was in terrible condition with walls full with mold and humidity and further malfunctions (broken pan, broken door, you could close only by locking it, etc) He has propably good services to offer, I still do not understand why he treated us like that. I found it shameless that he did not wanted to refund us for what was trully going on and he asked additionally to charge us extra 150 for cleaning... I provided the photos and the videos to the Airbnb agent and they instantly refunded me. My experience was pretty bad and stressfull (he knew that we had an infant with us) and still put us in all this trouble. He was trying steadily all the time to put the blame on us..but he never appeared or gave alternative even if requested.. he was full of excuses telling us no alternative is available although there was still free appartment of his in the airbnb plattform. Conclussions up to you.

We stayed in apartment 4 for a month. Pros: John is very attentive and communicative for anything you might need. The apartment is ideal for summer, with a supermarket and beach nearby. WiFi works good. Cons: The place is not prepared for winter because the bathroom window opens onto the street. While showering, cold air comes in from the street, and it was very cold (we reached 0 degrees in February). Additionally, the bathroom door couldn't be closed because it was damaged by water, so all the cold air entered the apartment and the A/C was insufficient; the air escaped everywhere. When we communicated this to John, he offered us carpets and heaters, but he was very concerned about the electricity cost. The washing machine is in another apartment and can be used once a week, which is insufficient for two people in winter, especially if you want to wash blankets/towels. Overall, the apartment needs repairs. John is aware of all these issues and told us he will address them soon.

Nous avons reçu un autre appartement au rez-de-chaussée qui était très bien. Juste rideau de douche trop court donc extérieur glissant!!
