I would’ve loved writing a review for Andrés’ place however I couldn’t stay there… The place was double booked……. The host tried looking for an alternative at the same building however that did not workout (not his fault). He was kind enough to book for a hotel. Nevertheless, I am still sore about he not asking for my input on location, options available and the fact the my most valuable resource: TIME was not taken into consideration by the host. All my comments were deflected by the so called “pura vida” attitude = doing the bare minimum. Disappointed but in “pura vida” terms: he tried and was responsive.

this was just an excellent experience from the moment I texted the host. he was very attentive, very kind and the apartment itself is a stunning little work in progress. the reason I gave communication 4 stars is not the host. he did everything for me but it took the desk over thirty minutes to check me in. Don't let that deter your staying here. this is a new bldg and some glitches are getting worked out by staff. should you be able to stay in this building you definitely want to have no fears over booking this apartment and the parking is so simple and a huge added plus. bring four paws along!
