it's really a great place to stay and very convenient for our large group since there are three beds, but when I booked I made the mistake of putting one guess, but immediately contacted the host and told him there were four guests. he didn't read the note, and made us pay 120 more, but regardless of this, check in was a disaster. they first gave us a key that opened an occupied room, then they tried to give us a 2 bed 1 bath instead, sorry but I'm not sleeping with my grown son, then miraculously they "found" another 3 bed two bath unit for us. We were tired and just wanted to have our room and all this took about an hour to straighten out. the rest of the stay was lovely. I just didn't appreciate the extra charges and the run around when I messaged the host immediately upon booking.

The place is basic but absolutely great for value and 25 min to The airport, good breakfast and amazing amazing kind employees! The service is the best. Recommend for the purpose.

Fabulous stay at Sergios apartment! Pros: very comfortable Queen bed, perfect location as we were going to the stadium and we walked there, wonderful breakfast with excellent times, great service at the front desk, safe parking on site, well laid out floor plan of the apartment, fast and thorough response to all of our questions from Sergio. Cons: If you’re looking to cook there it’s just the very basics, no coffee, no salt or pepper, loud thumping and banging above us but only during the day, I think maybe a storage room for the hotel above us. And that’s about it. We would not hesitate to rebook if back in San Jose for a football match!!

I can't tell you how many ways we appreciated Sergio's listing at the Cristina Suites. As three people traveling together, we had three beds and air conditioning, two wonderful workspaces, and a living area and kitchen. Every we need was provided. The onsite staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast served at the pool is a heavenly way to start the day. We found this is a very popular place for dental tourism and many of the guests had such fantastic knowledge of the area and suggestions of things to do.
