This craftsmen style home is located minutes from the White River in down town Cotter, Arkansas. A 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does sleep 5 people comfortably. with 3 twin beds and a king bed. Had a front proch with rockers. In the back yard there is a fire pit with chairs and a charcoal grill. Our house is not even a mile from the Cotter Springs on the White river in Cotter Ar.

Nice big place lots of room.
It was exactly what I expected, it was an older house, but clean and plenty of space. The only downfall for me was the only bathroom was located in a bedroom.
Great place
Great location for a relaxing get away. Really enjoyed the house and surroundings. Would definately recommend!
Once again the place was immaculate and very very comfortable!!
