If you’re wanting to feel like you’re going to stay at a dear loved ones home Amy’s house is the place to be! As soon as I walked in the door, the weight of the world was lifted, and I felt right at home. She has it so beautifully decorated, and it was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor area was awesome! We cannot wait to go back and stay longer!

Returned with my 15 y.o. son to Cotter to fish the White River. Amy's house is perfect! Well located, easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood. It is extremely well equipped: lots of details in the kitchen, toiletries and first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke and CO detectors, great good-quality appliances, etc. The house was extremely clean. There is a beautiful patio with lots of outdoor furniture, where we had a nice brunch on a sunny late winter morning. We also used the grill as well as the outdoor fireplace. Amy was very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place, and will surely be back in our future fishing trips. Oh, and yes, the fishing was great; my son caught about 12 trout (I only got 4, but that's OK).
