We had a great stay at Paul's place. You can see the ocean from the balcony and we loved hearing the waves every time we were at the apartment! The beach calls for a walk at sunrise time.

Paul was great. The location was great. We really loved it and I was super sad to go ,hoping to be back for Christmas with our children.

Great place location was nice close to Luquillo beach and the rainforest around 40 min paul host has to be one of my best experiences with Airbnb always ready to help lots of animals there if your a light sleeper or like to sleep in lots of animals early in the morning but hope to back soon and stay there again

Great place, Paul is an excellent host. Very relaxing. Friendly locals. I would recommend a car rental because not much a available options for getting around. Gorgeous beach and very private!

What a great place to visit this island! My family really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. I loved the ocean view, interacting with friendly neighbors, walking to the beach. Punta Santiago is a special town. It felt safe at night going out a few blocks away for drinks, live music and local cheer. It's also within driving distance to El Yunque and ferries to Vieques/Culebra. Paul is very responsive and helpful.
