We loved el Cuyo…. We hope to return next year. We were very comfortable in Karla’s condo and loved the location on the beach… would have loved a few beach chairs for the beach! We would have been happy to drag in and out every day but there were no chairs available for the beach. The view from our patio was heaven … we watched dolphins at play, the pelicans enjoying fishing all day and of course the awesome kite boarders.

Excelente propiedad , súper ubicación la playa es espectacular, limpio moderno y súper acogedor. Muy buena atención por parte del host 100% recomendable y espero poder regresar en un futuro

I think the apartment is way overpriced for what it is (USD 220 + tax + fees which came about USD 300 per night). You basically pay for the location on the beach and for the view, but the interior quality, decoration, bedding and general condition/cleanliness is way far from being luxury as the title describes. Also be aware the electricity goes off frequently in the area. We didn’t know about that nor it was mentioned on the listing or communicated to us by the host . At the time of check in there was no electricity at the property and we stayed for 3 hours with no electricity so we decided to leave and we lost the money for the 2 nights we paid in advanced! If this issue is common as they say, I would expect the host to communicate that in advance to the guests and also have the apartment prepared for such conditions like having battery operated/emergency lights, an electric lighter in order to turn on the gas stove, etc. I would have expected more from a “superhost”

We arrived after dark, so it was an especially glorious surprise to wake up to that beautiful view. We loved being right on the beach and loved the comfortable bed! Karla's place could be even better with the addition of a few comfortable chairs.
