The place was better than we expected. House was spotless, the amenities were great and we were right next to a great restaurant. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Sunny Lane during spring break with 4 young kids (aged 9-3) and 4 adults. The home was fully stocked with most things you would need to cook, relax, go to the beach, or stay at home on a rainy day. The arcade room was a hit with the kids and adults. If you want a quiet beach away from the hustle and bustle of cocoa beach but still close enough to visit for the day this is the place. The only downside is the lack of crosswalks to get to the beach as the road can get busy at times. Others have mentioned the restaurant but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall, great experience.

Our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect location literally right across the street from the beach. The house was clean, had plenty of space, all the things we needed for the beach and plenty to entertain our three daughters. We will most certainly be back!
