Would recommend Dave & Stacy’s place if you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach in the Cocoa Beach area. Clean accommodations, excellent communication. Appreciated all the local tips as well.

First off, I want to say by looking at the photos I knew this was a lucky find, But I had no idea how nice this condo was gonna be the view was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly need at a beach and more, the beach was beautiful and the condo was beautiful, it had binoculars, charging cords for everything you could possibly charge from Apple watches to droids, even a speaker to bring to the beach, Even the toilet seat was an upgrade from your normal toilet at home. PS I ordered one , forgot anything like toothbrush, razors, shampoo, conditioner, it’s all there, even a blender and a drink shaker for making cocktails, coffee was included with coffee maker you name it this condo had it, Vicki took very good care of us. One of the boogie boards was broke and we where missing a chair for the beach, Vicki took care of the problem promptly, she even notified us of the rocket launches , very cool to see from the balcony, We will be booking again next year I hope ,

Entire place was immaculate when we arrived and just as beautiful as all the pictures on the listing! Communication, accommodation and recommendations were amazing. If we are ever back in the area, I will seek out one of Dave & Stacy’s listings. The property manager Vicki was absolutely amazing as well, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable before and throughout our stay.

The space truly was luxurious and peaceful! The hosts wrote up the most thorough book of instructions and local recommendations of any AirBNB I’ve stayed at. The unit was also fully stocked with all the accessories you could want or need. Amazing view from the master bedroom and wonderful patio for eating breakfast, sipping coffee, and watching the sunrise! I will definitely recommend Dave and Stacy as super hosts and will be back!

What an amazing rental!! Peaceful, clean, FULLY stocked with quality items throughout the home, and the view is spectacular from the living room and the master bedroom. The windows are clean and large. You can see the ocean from your bed! We have rented several oceanview/waterfront homes in Cocoa Beach, but this one was the very best!! Dave and Stacy spared no expense. Even the knives were quality. The communication was proactive and if you needed a refresher on instructions, they have a well written and well-organized website to refer to. If you are teetering between this rental and another, please do not hesitate to book this one.
