Fantastic host! The condo was exactly as described in the listing but there was some maintenance construction going on around the building. Danny was proactive, honest, and transparent with his communication and set our expectations accordingly. We were so appreciative of this. He was also able to accommodate our check in schedule (again, with great communication). Not to mentation the amazing location, views, walkability, etc. We will definitely come back!
Danny was upfront and honest about the pool renovation, and he even adjusted the cost due to no pool use. The condo is perfect and very tastefully decorated- true vacation vibes. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was exactly what we wanted! The complex and area have things left to be desired. It's a little "tired". If you just want a nice condo and a beautiful beach this is your place. If you want more vacay vibes and a complex with amenities this may not be what you're looking for. We did notice many buildings in the area (as well as this one) look like they are being refurbished though. In a couple years this could be a sweet area. We found a couple great places to eat and enjoyed visiting Kennedy Space Station before heading over to Disney. Great coffee shop with-in walking distance too-Foxtail Coffee Co.
Our stay was amazing! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! Our kids rated it a 10 and said we will definitely be back!
We loved our Spring Break stay right on the beach! Awesome place, great host!! Plenty to do in the area- we enjoyed a guided Kayak adventure, Sea World, Cape Canaveral (space launch was canceled due to wind but we ate at Grills), Cocoa Beach Pier (wait to get on the pier & tiki tavern was closed but still able to eat outside at Pier 62), but we mostly just loved hanging out on the beach (by the lifeguards)! Beach access was so nice but the stairs were hard for my 68 year old mom. There were plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bag, & boogie boards which my 9 & 10 year olds spent hours on :) So many fun shops & restaurants within walking distance... Coconuts, Juice N Java, Simply Delicious, Cafe Surfinista, & Pineapple Point (happened to be Thursday night Music Bingo which was fun!). We were there Mon-Fri & most places had wait times but it was also Spring Break. We also checked out Ron Jon Surf Shop but went to Alvin's Island for souvenirs (all under $20!)
Had a wonderful trip at a great location! Condo was well appointed with all key necessities and Danny was the most responsive host- much appreciated! Will definitely book again!
