The house has great bones and potential but needs some TLC and basic amenities to make the space more accommodating. Kitchen is barely stocked with basic essentials that function. Location is great and we loved living with the monkeys all week for a genuine CR experience.

This vacation home was very good, but could easily have been much better. Best: (1) excellent help from Valerie in arranging itinerary for entire stay (2) amazing private chef - Choko - that we would highly recommend. (3) Pool is fantastic! Not great: (1) needs more attention to basic upkeep and maintenance - the freezer had NO SHELVES, icemaker broken, at least a dozen burned out lights. (2) needs more attention to basic provisioning - after meals on first day we find there was no dishwasher soap and no dishwashing liquid! Later in the week ran out of paper towels. Maid service took away dirty towels but forgot to leave clean ones! All these items were rectified within 24 hours. This is all a bigger deal in Costa Rica, with a family of eight and not renting a car -it's not a quick drive to the market to get these things addressed, and frankly you shouldn't have to. It wouldn't take all that much to rectify the issues above. And if they did, we would be in five star category.

This place was awesome! We booked it to host a bunch of friends for our wedding, and it was a great choice. Ricky was awesome and responsive anytime we needed anything. The view is amazing. The house is beautiful. It was an excellent location to host large groups. We actually had difficulty getting our guests to leave the house because it's a destination in itself. We had a great time, and we recommend this spot to anyone who wants to have fun in a beautiful place.

This property is great, gorgeous house with amazing views. Don’t hesitate, book this place and just have an amazing time. Host is responsive and helpful. We loved our stay . Thanks Ricky for all your help.
