This place was perfect for our girls trip. Location and view of the beach/ocean is perfect. Condo was clean, smelled clean and furnished well. Only suggestions are new light bulbs in bathroom and fix the ceiling over the shower in 2nd bath. It’s sagging and look moldy. Would recommend and probably look to stay here next year! 😊

The place was amazing. It was clean and the location was perfect. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. It is perfectly located right on the beach and between the pools. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. Definitely will book with him again.

Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the same condo again. It was roomy and comfortable but the views are what won us over. We had concerns that the area would be too crowded because of spring break but it was great. Hardly anyone on our stretch of the beach and even easy to get around the area.

Cort’s condo was great! Clean, neat, well equipped. Exactly as described. Living room furniture was very comfy and the beds we’re comfortable as well. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Location was great; within walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s (one of our favorites), Waffle House, Walmart, a convenience store, Coyote Ugly and lots of other places. WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Gulf World and other attractions are very close and just a short drive to Pier Park also! He responded quickly to any messages I sent and we also had the pleasure of meeting him while there; great guy and great condo! We have decided this was one of our favorite locations and we will definitely check for availability here on our next vacation!

Everything went well and it is a very nice and enjoyable place. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking and driving distance. It is right on the beach. The only issue we experienced was the first night the fire alarm went off 2 times (3 am and 4:30 am). It was an old system in the building. It was resolved the next day with some maintenance done. Cort was responsive to the fire alarm and offered to move us to another building. It was well worth the money. Thank you. Tim
