Logan's place: clean, quiet, private, and uncluttered. It seemed almost unlived in - lots of open space. There was little space for personal belongings in a group of 4 adults. The small closet in the guestroom was clear, but no hangers. Any drawer space was very limited. Our Chrysler Pacifica was tight with owner's vehicle in garage; Logan did tell us he's trying to get rid of it. Utilities in good order. Had to clear a clog in ice-maker. Didn't use the large-capacity washer dryer available, except to start a load of all used linens on our way out. The guest bed was rated very hard by two of our party. Both rooms could do with a bigger selection of pillows; all felt too flat. Linens and towels were clean and comfortable, but too strongly scented with fabric cleaning/drying agents. Jacuzzi is in a small enclosure and looks onto the street. Only two sets of jets available. Kitchen fairly stocked. Lots of kid-type snacks; bought our own. Thanks to Logan: respectful & responsive.

Logan’s home was spotless, more than enough room, great kitchen and quiet, safe neighborhood. He was proactive and responsive. We will definitely rent from him again!

It was a great house, located in a safe areas. House was clean and logan always helped with the house and questions.

Would not recommend booking with this host. On the day of check in, Logan texted asking if his cat could stay at the property while we were there. This was a major health concern for us due to my severe cat allergy. He said he would remove the cat from the property during our stay, however this would still be a problem for me allergy-wise since the cat normally lives in the home. The listing made zero mentions of a cat on site and listed ‘no pets’ for guests. I explained this problem to Logan and requested a refund due the inaccuracy of the listing. He stopped responding to my texts, and I ended up needing to involve the Airbnb resolution center. They contacted him asking him to refund me, which he declined again. Due to this issue, we had to find a last minute, very expensive hotel room. I would caution anyone from renting from Logan due to his lack of transparency, communication and willingness to negotiate in regards to a health related concern.
