The area is beautiful and mostly quiet (just the neighbor's dog that barks sometimes but it's not too loud), peaceful. The apartment is also very nice, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The internet is good and although there's no air conditioning, there's a nice ocean breeze (most of the year) from the front deck that helps to cool things off and 2 good fans. The communication is the only thing that could be improved. There wasn't much information about arriving or how to check-in provided, so I tried messaging the host for the details and the response rate wasn't very good. However, after getting no response to a few messages, I left my phone number and she called me directly, pretty quickly afterwards. From that point on, she was responsive (also friendly & welcoming) via phone calls but I wasn't able to communicate with her in any other way. Will go back again.

Hotel nuevo, limpio y moderno a pocos pasos de la playa. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a solucionarte cualquier inconveniente, me prestaron ventilador a pesar que antes de ir me habían aclarado que no había y fueron muy amables con mi mascota. Regresaría siempre y cuando pongan cortinas en en las mamparas de vidrio, no se ve nada desde afuera cuando están cerradas, pero por el clima se tienen que mantener abiertas (con el mosquitero).
