Functional and clean. Kitchen was adequate for reheating take-out and the bed was really comfortable. There was a fair amount of noise from the road, understanding the house is right on the highway, but the windows are very soundproof. Very easy walk into town and to the nearby Tim's and grocery/liquor store. Very convenient if busing in from Nanaimo or Duncan!

As pictured! Good for a place to break up a long trip. You do need to walk along the highway for a short bit to get into Ladysmith by foot which wasn’t ideal but easy enough. Nimmi was helpful and made checking in and out easy.

This bnb was clean, warm, comfortable. It had everything needed for a multiple day stay. The patio and yard were perfect areas, nice to be outside. Best part, it's a short drive to a beautiful mountain hike, a long and interesting waterfront park walk, as well as artist studios and shops in the town of Ladysmith. The food was excellent at every place we stopped at. Particularly good, and recommended by this bnb host, was the "Fox and Hounds" restaurant. Visiting Mary Fox's pottery studio was a highlight of the trip, great potter, beautiful pieces.
