Discovered home was not clean. Person sent to clean home took 3 hours. Sheets for master unusable, promised to deliver more next day but did not. Floors were not vacuumed or mopped. Many of the light bulbs were burned out. Sheets, towels left in washer and dryer. The glass door in oven was broken. Thick dust everywhere. Very few utensils. Beds available for use had the plastic packaging remaining on the mattresses. it was noisy and disruptive to sleep. One tv channel available to view (no instructions) and TV was plugged into extension cord. By a power strip was a sign "do not unplug or take wall piece" to me that implied the outlet would pull out of the wall. The yard was unkempt with large weeds growing (mowed the next day). Trash left in home and porch. Outdoor space was unusable due to dirt, leaves, mold and pollen, and stacks of debris, an abandoned car covered with a tarp, a boat trailer, stacks of plywood. To compensate us for our inconvenience they gave us $40. Not enough.

Loved the location. Easy access to everything. House just needs some updating.

Upon arrival I had to clean the home. Confetti and balloons were left in living room. Marijuana wrappers under living room sofa and outside on patio, trash under the bed upstairs and under the living room furniture. Beds looked slept in. Outside patio furniture was dirty and could not be sat on. Trashcans outside were full. First night receives a message from her saying, “her dude” was stopping by to get boat covers out of the shed. There were ants, roaches and something running around in the celling in the downstairs bedroom. The fuse had blown. No response until the next day saying she was in Florida and didn’t have service. Wish I would have read previous reviews before I booked.
