Location was amazing. Apartment had all amenities such as bed linen and kitchen had a good supply of utensils. Unfortunately the cleaning was not very good at all. Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. At this price point more care should be taken on cleaning and supplies.

First visit to Palm Cove and everything exceeded our expectations. The accom was great and we felt right at home; the kids enjoyed the amazing lagoon pool and the room was perfect for our needs. It felt like everything was on our doorstep in terms of cafes, pubs and restaurants and having a rental car was handy so we could stock up at the local supermarket every few days. Instructions were made perfectly clear and we received extremely helpful service when we had an issue with one of the car park keys after a few days. Overall, a fantastic trip, lovely location and would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone!
