Spacious . Worst Bed ever. Bring an Air mattress!! Toy Sofa, most uncomfortable!!! Thin floors and stomping neighbors. Your Grandma's bathroom from 1980 is substandard. Sink is scary, drain backs up with mold . House mate below talks loud at 3 , 4 am nightly. Nice neighborhood. Quite. Peaceful.

Beautiful and homey place! It’s very spacious and I don’t have any complaints about the space besides the Wi-Fi that doesn’t really work in the bedroom. The area was very walkable and peaceful, and the neighbors were nice although quite loud.

We stayed at Matt’s for ~3 months and it was an amazing experience. The unit was immaculate & conveniently located a 3 min walk from the 2,3 express line and 10 mins from the C train, making my brooklyn commute under an hour. Grocery stores like Key Food & Whole Foods were also within a 5-11 min walk. And 125th street has a host of stores and surrounding bars & restaurants for any palate. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful; for example during our stay there was an issue with the HVAC. I have lived in NYC for 6 years and NEVER had someone respond so quickly to a building maintenance issue. Matt sent a TEAM of folks to solve the problem and it was patched up within a day! Additionally Matt was very flexible & gracious with allowing us to extend our stay as our closing went through significant delays. It was a delight to work with Matt & his wonderful team, including Charlene who did admin & other services related to the unit when Matt wasn’t available. Highly recommend this unit.

It's a great place to stay. Close to the 2 and 3 train and many nice restaurants and bars. If you want to explore Harlem and surroundings we would definitely recommend this place. Everything you need to cook, wash etc. is available.

I am Chinese traveler and stay in Matt’s house one month. I recommend this house to everyone.because:1, I meet Matt face to face, he is so nice and handsome young man;2, He responds message so quickly about less than 5 minutes;3, His house close to 135 street subway station, you can be there about 25 seconds if by running;4, His house is cleaning,fully kitchen instrument,efficient air conditioner and good space;5, Washing machine and Dry machine are my favorite things;6, quiet house let you have a good sleep. I like stay in Matt’house and Harlem area.
