My husband and I stayed along with our dog. Great place for a dog…big yard. Great parking in the back and easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. Beach was not easy to access, but a bit of a walk. This is not the entire house as stated on the listing; but apartments. The walls are thin. But I think people are respectful of that. Some things were not provided. However, the property manager is very responsive to what you may need. Overall, a very nice beach place.

Host was great! We needed flexibility in check in and they were helpful. The location is so close to the beach and local eateries. Cute beach town. Enjoyed the farmers market on Sunday. Yard is a front/side yard. Front gate is low enough for our furry family members to get out of, no fire pit, and it’s not private. There is another unit on the property and you share a common wall (bedroom wall) with the other guests who from the noise of the microwave in the early morning it’s safe to say it’s the kitchen and living room on the other side. It wasn’t excessively noisy but keep in mind you will hear them and they will hear you. Place was clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer worked nicely and good have after a day at the beach. Kitchen well stocked with appliances note there’s no cooking supplies so you will have to purchase or bring seasonings, coffee, etc. Would stay again.

I was disappointed in this bnb. For ten days we had lukewarm shower water at best. The overall feel was dark and dusty. Cobwebs behind the bed headboards and lamps with no light bulbs. The walls were very thin as we could hear the neighbors full conversations at 6:30 AM. This spot says it is new and a stand alone home. Both of which it is not.

My wife, our dog, our 15 month old son, and I stayed here for just over one month and we absolutely fell in love with Leucadia and the location of this property. This place could not have been more walkable. Also, whether intentional or not, the home was extremely toddler friendly (safe). The host was extremely responsive and tended to our needs all within the day of the request. On my second to last day, the key fell between two fences and I was locked out. Within a few minutes the host brought a spare so I could get back in. Make sure to note, the address on this reservation is not correct. This is 164 W. Jason not 160. Overall, highly recommend. We will be staying here again when I return for work.
