Ernest is a very attentive, helpful host. He contacted me directly the day of our arrival, gave some ideas of places to eat and let me know about road construction. Big shout out to the neighbor. My daughters dog escaped the nice fenced in back yard. (Sarge apparently decided to play Hoodini.) Neighbor contacted Ernest who in turn contacted me immediately. The neighbor was so kind and wrangled up the dog, hooked him to the running line that is conveniently available and made sure he had a bucket of water until our return from a concert we were attending. House is everything we needed. Neighborhood very nice, quiet and easy to get to. Ernest is an awesome host. Cost of rental is very very reasonable. If I ever need to stay in the area in the future will def be renting this house again. Thanks Ernest for everything!

Very clean , and very comfortable we felt right at home and he was very responsive and helpful to anything we needed , The check in and check out instructions were very easy and descriptive . I would definitely be staying here again when I come back !

Easy to check in very clean and when I had any questions Ernest was very responsive. It was an overall very comfortable experience

I have No complaints about Ernest or his property. It was worth money and anything i needed he was there. Even though we had a small miscommunication I must admit the man went out of his way to make right. Great experience.
