"I recently stayed at Joseph Place and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable stuffy smell in the home, and the garbage disposal had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, I encountered baby roaches in both the kitchen and bathroom areas, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the beds were uncomfortably hard, which affected the overall quality of my stay. Despite these issues, we had a decent stay the area was really quiet and the host was helpful when needed. Overall, while the location and the quietness were a positive aspects of my stay, the presence of odors, roaches, and uncomfortable beds detracted from the overall experience.

Hi, I'm Joe! I started hosting on AirBnB when I was an Infantry Officer posted at Fort Benning, and my wife Rachel and I needed a way to pay our mortgage during a surprise deployment -- then we realized what a need there is for short-term rentals. Since then, I've built up a team of Veterans and Military Spouses who manage a range of properties across several markets. As I've transitioned out of the military and Rachel and I have had our own children, our mission at Patriot Family Homes of providing budget-friendly accommodation for life's precious moments has meant even more to me.
