Beautiful, private home with gorgeous views. We loved walking the beach, watching the sunset, and looking for unique rocks as we played at the beach. This home is decorated with a fun retro vibe which we loved experiencing. It was fun to go to St Joseph and shop at the cute stores and eat fondue at the local Chocolate Shop. The backyard had a great view from the house which was helpful with young kids. The kids loved the swings and trampoline. Something to do for all ages. I’d stay again next year!

This was one of the loveliest rentals we've ever stayed in - beautiful, well-appointed, stylish, and comfortable. E Tobin was a wonderful and flexible host, and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. The switchback trail down to the beach was a fun adventure for the sure-footed, and out 5-year-old was rightfully proud of herself for managing it. She loved the toys and the vintage children's books in the house, as well as the trampoline in the backyard. Would absolutely recommend.

We loved our stay. The views of the lake are spectacular. A walk to the edge of the bluff reveals the sites and sounds of the always changing lake. We enjoyed the privacy of the home even with panoramic views from the living areas. We will surely return.

Home was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the large dining table and the kitchen, as well as the bunk room with all the kid toys. The living room set up is a little funky and didn’t provide a comfortable place for all of us to sit and be cozy at night. The backyard is awesome and the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the trampoline. Our dog also loved running around the large backyard. Our only negative thought is that the trail down to the beach is treacherous. It was fine for the adults, if we weren’t carrying anything, but it was very difficult for the kids (ages 4 and under). However, our dog loved the trail to the beach! The beach is beautiful and private. Overall, we had a great stay and the host was great at communicating when we needed anything.

All The Waters is a beautiful place with a phenomenal host. We loved looking at all the decor details of this retro-style gem! The hosts were so generous to provide everything we needed for our stay, and went above and beyond; leaving wonderful farm fresh eggs and other treats. The back yard is perfect for outdoor dining and for kids (even older ones) who want to play games and jump on the trampoline. Our family loves the path to the beach-a welcome change from the death-defying rickety stairs found at most Lake Michigan beach homes. And the views...glorious! Our week went by so quickly, and so comfortably! We look forward to our return to All The Waters.
