We loved this house - amazing location, just by the footpath to the beach. Nearby very good coffee shop. Lovely house which was perfect for the kids. They keep asking when we can go back!

Great location for Easter cricket on the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for 2 teenagers to chill out. Garden is a real sun trap which was perfect over the Easter break.

Such a lovely house and location. The best part for us was how well equipped it was for children. We have two young children and there were toys, plastic cutlery and plates, a play room, a high chair and cot available. There were even books in the kids bedroom upstairs!

What a wonderful place to spend Christmas! The house is really cleverly laid out and perfect for a family. We included my 89 year old mother who really appreciated the large downstairs bedroom with en suite. The house was immaculately clean on arrival with plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed and the utility room was an unexpected bonus. We loved the open fire and tv/cinema room. The house is in a great location with a fantastic pub and cafe nearby. The wonderful (if windy) beach at West Wittering gave us all the fresh air we could possibly need aided by a great beach cafe. This is a superb house in the winter but I can also see it being fantastic for a family in the summer. Huge thanks to Rebecca and her team for making us so welcome - the Christmas tree and crackers were a lovely seasonal touch. We are already working out how and when to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely house and we’d definitely stay again, it’s just a few minutes walk from the water, has a great level of comfort and is well-designed. We had everything we needed and it feels like a freshly renovated house, very clean and everything of high-quality, pocket sprung beds and lots of bathrooms and space! Thanks again!
