Perfect stay.. Everything was clean - easy access to Tunjungan Plaza (direct access via M2 floor) Altho truly sorry about the couch🥹 Please let me know how I could indemnify the loss🙏🏻

Very bad experience staying for 2 weeks in this property. Would not recommend this place to anyone. 1. Check-in time promised was from 2pm but we are waiting in the lobby until nearly 3pm. 2. No commmunication if check-in is going to be late. We have to keep proactive chasing the owner (Roy) or the staff at the reception. 3. We were told the cleaner is cleaning the apartment. Upon receiving the apartment key at nearly 3pm, we are in shock because it does not seem to be cleaned. 4. Bathroom does not seem to have been cleaned, floor towel and hand towel was placed very messy. looks like it was a used towel. 5. Living room carpet not cleaned properly too. there were some debris from food/crackers. 6. Sofa has lots of hair on top and lots of food debris underneath. We even see some little ants on it. We informed the owner about this and owner offer a free complimentary cleaning on any day we choose. We did warn the owner that the cleaner he hired is not really doing her job.

Hello, so I stayed here for 3 nights and had an okay experience. I found out that there is some discotheque nearby, so every night you can hear the noise and it’s very loud which is annoying. The place is same as the photo and connected to a mall which make it easier to buy anything. The aircon is hot at first but the host immediately sent me a technician. The last thing is I don’t like the smell of this place. Maybe it’s because the sink drain in the kitchen… Btw thanks for the stay :)
