The location and the view were awesome. Unfortunately, the unit was not so great. It's dated and dirty. When we checked in, one of the ACs was leaking badly. I contacted the host Caroline and she helped call the technician to fix it that night, thank God the technician came fast and did a good job. In the unit, it's pretty "empty" and not ready for guests.. there was no toilet paper, no drinking water, no kitchen towel, no spare bathroom mat, we booked for 6 guests but only got 5 towels, no tissue, no garbage bag, we only got 1 lift pass card (they promised 2 cards), the service area were messy and smelly. The kitchen items were quite dirty too. I asked the host Caroline for those "missing" items, and she said Andrew was the PIC so i contacted him and he sent me a small pack of toilet paper, 2 packs of tissue and 2 Aqua gallons. For the rest he promised that he would ask his staff to send those items, but in the end I had to buy it myself because it never delivered.

The host was wonderful, very nice, amazing place, if only the staff of the apartment wasn’t disrespectful and discriminative, it would be perfect as in “dream staycation”. Apartment staffs were obviously not nice, still the property’s worth every penny

great place and clean. just had a few incidents, the air cond in 2 rooms at 1st night is very hot until we sleep at the couch. but the next day caroline sent a technician to repair the AC, so 2nd night was great. thanks
