This one bedroom condo sleeps 5 and has two bathrooms. There is a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen and one twin sofa sleeper. This ski-in/ski-out condo features a gas fireplace, full size kitchen, washer/dryer and private indoor hot tub. Enjoy easy access to endless adventures, steps from the slopes and hiking/biking trails, and centrally located near Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park Resort.

This is a great place for my son and I to go skiing at Granby Ranch. We’ve stayed there a few times and it’s perfect for a small family.

Lovely condo, with a GREAT hot tub next to the bedroom. Plenty of room to spread out, shelves and places to put backpacks, laptops, nice views to the west.

The Mountainside Timeshare Association manages several condos at The Mountainside. If you have several families traveling together for a family reunion, wedding event, or corporate group we have the perfect condo complex for you to enjoy the mountains and stay close together. Our 1 bedroom lofts sleep 9 with 3 bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. All condos have a washer/dryer, private balcony, full kitchen, free upgraded WiFi, fireplace, and most have a private hot tub.
