Everything was great and as pictured. The house is well supplied with coffee, plenty of kitchen items and soap/shampoo. The waterfront and dock was incredible and we would stay again.

Wir haben uns im Haus von Nate sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es hatte ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie. Praktisch waren die großen Kleiderschränke und auch das Strandzubehör. In Gehdistanz ist das Pelican Bench welches wir sehr empfehlen können.

Nate’s place is perfectly located on the canal in a quiet neighborhood. The place is as described. It was nice being close to Marco Island but away from the crowds. There are excellent restaurants in walking distance. We’d stay again!

Nate’s place was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Seeing dolphins was a wish of ours but sadly nature did not cooperate (despite our best attempts). For the price, we were hoping for a little more - maybe games/tissues/more comfortable living room furniture) and the home does have thin walls to the outside so if neighbors are loud, you’ll hear it. That said, this is a quiet neighborhood overall with access to Marco Island within 10 minutes, beds are comfortable and the beach towels and chairs are a really nice addition. We didn’t try the three local restaurants but would have if we’d had more time. We also didn’t try the kayaks as they seemed a little tricky to get in the water but this is also a great feature.

We have stayed at lots of airbnb places all over the US and Nate’s place was fantastic. It was a def 5 star! Place is immaculate and looks exactly like the pictures. Back lanai looks out on the water and is so peaceful. Fun to watch boaters pass by. Beds very comfortable. We had a very minor, temporary problem and Nate had it fixed less than 10 minutes after we contacted him. Walkable to Pelican Bend and Capri Fish House which are both great restaurants and lots of fun. Less than 10 minutes to Marco Island. Loved it so much we tried to extend an extra night but it was already rented. Thanks for a great stay Nate, we will be back.
