This location is walking distance to local parks, bike trails, and stores in Boulder Meadows. We are across the park from the East Boulder Community Recreation Center with an indoor pool, hot tub, and steam room and many fun classes. It is a five minute drive to Chautauqua Park, NCAR, mountain trails, and ten minutes to downtown Boulder. Cozy back yard with gardens and comfy places to sit and relax in the mountain sun. Coffee and bagel shops are only a few minutes away.

There is a local ski area 30 minutes up the canyon. The larger ski areas are about 90 minutes away. We are also located 40 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park outside of Estes Park, CO. Our south Boulder location makes the trip to Denver quite convenient.
