Condo itself was clean, cute and had everything you needed. There were a couple quirks with lighting, a broken shower in one of the bathrooms, and kitchen floor extending into living room was in place with a screwed down edge and nails were popping up. Had to be careful and watch step. Buildings need maintenance and updating. Neighborhood is great location, peaceful, walkable, nice parks near by. 10 min drive to pearl st.

Some difficulty at check-in due to there being a unit with the same number and a similar lockbox in a nearly identical building in an immediately adjacent development. That would not have been an issue if the host (on their own or via their property management company) were immediately responsive, but took nearly two hours to get in touch. Once I was able to make it into the unit, it had a distinct smell due likely to a carpet that is overdue for a steam-cleaning. Additionally, the shower across the hall from the bedroom with only a futon did not work, and the working shower in the master bedroom seemed to have a weak water heater. In general, the place seemed a bit worn around the edges, which one would not assume from the photographs. The check-in experience did not really inspire us to deal with the hosts regarding these issues as we were spending very little time in the unit. I'm open to a mediocre stay if I know what I'm getting, but this failed to meet expecations.
