Ruta's place was very clean and felt like home. She welcomed us with wine and a sweet note, she gave us lots of recommendations of hikes and restaurants nearby. The house was very spacious, the kitchen was awesome and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruta's beautifully renovated and spotless home. The kitchen is fantastic - huge island and equipped with everything we needed. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace on the comfy sofa. Plenty of space throughout the house to work and hang out. The fenced in backyard is lovely and perfect for our little dog. The house is centrally located - just a few minutes to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, Pearl Street, yoga, and hiking trails. Ruta is a wonderful host - she responding promptly to any questions we had and checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely book Ruta's home again!

While the neighborhood location was perfect for us , it may not suit visitors who are seeking a vacation spot. That said I can't overstate the wonderful stay we had in Rutas house. From clean and well-appointed kitchen to beautiful bedrooms and baths we felt right at home in this spacious home. Additionally, Ruta provided many points of interest, restaurants, hikes etc and and if I couldn't find it in her guidebook, she was always just a phone call away. I would love to come back when I have more time to explore Boulder at the hands of this helpful host!

A beautiful home in a perfect location! The kitchen is FULLY equipped and AMAZING! Beds and couches are super comfortable. One of the very best places we've ever stayed!
