This was the PERFECT place for 3 generations of women to gather for a few days. My 81-year-old mom and I drove to Boulder from Minnesota to move our daughter out of the dorms. This home was so nice to walk into after our long drive! Perfect location for driving back and forth to the CU campus, super close to hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we walked around the neighborhood each morning and always felt safe. The beds were very comfortable, and the home had everything we could ever need for our stay. We had some nice weather so having the back patio to sit on was lovely. Alan was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very kid friendly and had toys and a pack and play that we were able to use. We loved the decor and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks for the great communication and easy check in. We will definitely want to stay again.

My family of 4 stayed at Alan's house to tour CU and CSU with my high school junior. We had a very nice stay. The house was easy to find and get into with Alan's clear instructions. The house was simple and comfortable with nice decor. The fan in the bathroom needs a thorough dusting, but otherwise everything was nice and clean. Alan was friendly and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again!
