We stayed over CU Boulder’s graduation weekend. Easy to get around and the house was very comfortable and clean! Diego is a wonderful host. We had a great time celebrating our graduate. Thank you!

House in a very nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Boulder is an expensive city, thus we pay a high price for our stay. The host is very nice and communicative. Only the kitchen and down stair for remodel. The master bath is small and old but functional. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and spices, coffee and the fridge is pack. The cook top is fast. We have a nice relax stay for rock climbing around Boulder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful and modern Boulder home. It was incredibly close to my two sons who are both students at CU Boulder and live on the hill. We loved being so close to Chautauqua Park as well. The lower level of the home is incredibly attractive and well designed and decorated. Huge backyard that is very private as well. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying with you again.

Diego was very good to work with. If you are visiting Boulder because your family has a connection room to CU then this location is perfect. We made many trips to campus and Pearl St. The house is perfect for this type of stay. The main floor has been renovated and is very nice. Our family watched movies at night in the TV room. I would recommend Diego’s house.

Ground floor of this home is everything it’s promised to be on listing. Ground floor is lovely and spacious for family to enjoy inside and out. Upstairs however is a completely different home, not updated at all. Bathrooms are very dated. Master bathroom is especially disappointing, very small and tub/shower tile is not in good shape. Upstairs was also very warm, home heating is wonderful but cooling was non existent. Lastly this is disclosed as a primary home which is being rented out. During our stay owner requested to come back as his son had forgotten some clothing, which was fine with us but unusual during a stay. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, however when at airport the owner claimed that we chipped a countertop and that the soap dispenser door in the dishwasher would not shut. The latter dishwasher issue was present the very first time we used the dishwasher and we did not think twice about it as we assumed an existing issues the homeowner was aware of. The chip I am hard pressed to believe we caused but did ask for further location and information and have not received it. Was an upsetting end to a wonderful weekend. This may be the risk one faces when renting from a primary home owner rather than an investment property.
