Wir können die Unterkunft wie auch Marica als Gastgeberin zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Als wenn man bei der Familie zu Besuch wäre. Einfach in allen Punkten einen Besuch wert. Und Urbania als Feriendomizil kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen. Die Menschen dort sind einfach total nett. Es gibt in und um Urbania sehr viel zu entdecken.

i can not say enough about how well i was cared for. we were a longer term rental-- 2 weeks. all kinds of life challenges happened, including leaving a suitcase at the airport 2 hours away. this host helped me and cared for me like i was family. if you have the chance to rent this apartment-- DO IT! also, stellar air conditioning and great neighbors

Marica’s place was just perfect. The apartment is nicely laid-out and it’s in the very centre of Urbania, with plenty of amenities and parking opportunities all around. Moreover, Marica was adorable: very flexible with us and easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely recommend Marica’s place to anyone visiting Urbania and its surroundings.
